In Greek mythology, Leucippe is the name of an oceanid who was with Persephone when she was kidnapped by Hades.
Leucippe had the form of an ideal, pure woman, on the top and a fish at the bottom. The Oceanids were the three thousand daughters of the Titans Oceanus and Tethys. One of these many daughters was also said to have been the wife of the god Poseidon, though throughout legend it is never specified which to whom he was wed. Each of these nymphs was the patron of a particular spring, river, ocean, lake, pond, pasture, flower or cloud. I love the mood. The glow is really sharp and adds to the mystique and magic.
The one thing I noticed is the "swish" coming from the staff she is holding needs a bit more curl. The "swish" leads me off the image...there isn't anything drawing me back in. I think curving it in a bit would help keeping the viewer on image.
